The data from the 2006 census shows the number of women in Hong Kong is increasing and the number of men are declining. The gender ratio between men and women between 2006 was 1000 females for every 912 males. It is expected to go down further in the late 2030's - with 1000 females for every 763 males.
The ratio of girls to boys at both primary and secondary level is basically 1 for every 1 - there is 99% girls to 100% boys.
In 2012 there were 3,050 girls who did not enrol for primary or secondary education and there were 1,531 boys.
The percentage of people who do tertiary education is 60%.
Less than 100 years ago the first female students entered University. Their numbers have grown ever since.
Also, this is the figure of children aged 7-14 who were employed for at least one hour per week is zero! A bit like me!

In 2013 the proportion of seats held by women in national parliaments was 0. However in China it was 23%.

There were no figures available for the proportion of 1 year old children who were immunised against measles, but I did find that in 2012 there were 187 suspected measles cases and only 8 were confirmed.
